In January 2023, more than 20 representatives from corporate M&A departments met for an unusual workshop. For an entire afternoon, knowledge and best practices were exchanged on the topic of carve-outs between corporates.
In January 2023, more than 20 representatives from corporate M&A departments met for an unusual workshop. For an entire afternoon, knowledge and best practices were exchanged on the topic of carve-outs between corporates.
A corporate carve-out manager shared his insights and knowledge from an ongoing carve-out project. M&A experts who wanted to prepare for carve-outs were represented as well as carve-out specialists who had already been involved in a few or several projects.
The event was complemented by tool and solution specialists who provide support services in the context of carve-out projects. Special thanks go to Grant Thornton in Frankfurt, who made part of their office space available to us for this special event.
