The joint event with Bundesverband Mergers & Acquisitions gem. e.V. took place in a beautiful lakeside setting at Berlin Wannsee at our partner CORE. In the course of two days about 50 M&A professionals were given the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops related to three focus topics and to address issues relevant to their daily business.ย
The first focus topic was ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ณ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ผ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ & ๐๐๐. Key notes, panels and various workshops were the starting point of all discussions. One of the highlights was the workshop on "News on FDI and the resulting implications on the M&A process", led by Dr. Angelika Milger (BMWi) and Dr. Christian von Wistinghausen.ย ย

Not only were possible theoretical applications of AI and digitalisation in the M&A process discussed, but also a practical example of several providers combined into a use case led to impressive insights for the audience.ย

At the highest level, individual best practices were presented and discussed by experts with a very experienced audience. An enrichment for all participants.ย
