Dino Schönwälder

Dr Dino Schönwälder joined Marsh's private equity and M&A practice in 2016 after more than nine years of practical experience as a commercial lawyer. He has advised clients on the placement of Warranty & Indemnity policies as well as insurance for special risks (e.g. contingent, tax and environmental risks) for transactions in numerous industries and jurisdictions and has placed and negotiated more than 90 M&A policies since 2017. In addition, he has organised the arrangements for buyer-side Warranty & Indemnity insurance for sellers in more than 40 auctions.
