The Bundesverband Mergers & Acquisitions gem. e.V. (BM&A) is an association and interest group of M&A experts from companies that promote process thinking and the exchange of information on all aspects of M&A. The main objective of the BM&A is to improve the exchange of experience at the operational M&A level and, as a result, to significantly improve M&A performance. The association pursues its goals across institutions and disciplines as well as internationally.
mandaco's magazine M&A REVIEW is not only the publication organ for the association, mandaco also provides the office for the association and organises the highlight events Shift & Change for medium-sized companies, the M&A Summit for strategy and M&A managers of companies, the M&A Award for small, medium-sized and large deals by companies and consultants as well as the M&A Excellence Days for all M&A professionals.
