Interpath is an independent international advisory firm founded in 2021, with around 1,000 people in 35 offices worldwide. In the DACH region, 15 Managing Directors in Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Vienna and Zurich advise upper mid-market companies, private equity investors and their stakeholders on transactions, debt advisory, restructuring and operational value creation.
The Deals team covers M&A, debt and capital advisory, transaction services and integration and separation, supported by specialists for valuation, pensions, tax and data and technology. Restructuring, built over more than 50 years, remains the firm's core. All teams work across borders on one global P&L, so clients in DACH can draw on Interpath's international expertise from day one.
